On Friday 15 May 2026 we celebrated the opening of The Mind The Heart by Latvian artist Līga Spunde. In her first solo exhibition in the Netherlands, she transforms 1646 into a ‘gym for the heart’ exploring why emotions have become difficult in a world obsessed with efficiency and information overload.
You can visit the exhibition until Sunday 12 July 2026.

It serves as a resource for you, as a visitor, enabling you to gain deeper insights - not only into the exhibition itself, but also into the thinking processes, hesitations, and questions that inform artistic decisions.
