Prince Claus Fund Exchanges x W139: Meet the Artists — donderdag 11 juni, 17:00–18:30, at Domo Prince Claus Fund nodigt je uit om Seed Martina Manterola en Carmen Serra van colectivo amasijo te ontmoeten. Ze spreken met maria katchadourian, de initiërende kunstenaar van flour, water, soil, en bespreken hoe gezamenlijke maakprocessen verhalen over migratie en verbondenheid te bevatten en hoe collectief werken hun werkethiek vormgeeft.
kiln as kin: een dag van samenkomst, bakken en koken — zaterdag 13 juni, 14:00–20:00
Samen met kunstenaar Tatiana M. Melo en colectivo amasijo activeren we tijdens deze samenkomst de zelfgebouwde kleioven in tonir-stijl. We bereiden voedsel, koken en eten als vormen van over , voedseloogst en vergeten recepten.
earthly suns: workshop en performance programma — vrijdag 26 juni, 14:00–18:00 (workshop), 20:00–22:00 (performance programma) In dit tweeledige programma staan sint-janskruid als en diens queer-poëtica centraal. Sluit je aan bij Sasa Ghanem-Chaney, Jules Davis-Dufayard en A.E.Z Pinay voor een middag vol queer en collectieve zorg. 's Avonds volgt er een samenkomst met plantenoffers, en een optreden van Queer Choir Amsterdam.
gathering grounds: een feestelijke marktdag — zondag 12 juli, 12:00–18:00
Wees welkom op deze feestelijke marktdag om het einde van flour, water, soil te vieren. De transformeert in een vrij toegankelijke markt waar we samen kunnen eten, praten, zaden kopen, workshops volgen en de kunstwerken nog één keer tot leven kunnen brengen.
flour, water, soil bevat nieuwe en aangepaste werken van Areej Ashhab, het duo Common Ground (Anna Celda en Saja Amro), Ola Hassanain, maria khatchadourian, Ai Ozaki en belit sağ. Samen houden de werken zich bezig met aarde, zaden, water, fermentatie en verwoesting als ruimtes waar zorg en geweld met elkaar verstrengeld zijn. Ze bevatten verhalen van herstel, onteigening en continuïteit.

m(A)ke (M)e y(O)u(R)s is een performative podcastserie waarin liefde, verlangen, relaties en de verborgen die onze intimiteit vormgeven onderzocht wordt. Elk hoofdstuk ontvouwt zich als mix van podcast, performance en . Tijdens Para-siting zal collectief MANY de ruimte activeren als een plek voor samenkomst, onderzoek en experiment. Via een semi-publiek programma organiseren zij open activiteiten, zoals een leesgroep en een radioworkshop, en gesloten sessies voor interviews en .

In deze workshop leren we hoe we met minimale middelen een radioprogramma kunnen maken. Dit is in samenwerking met PUB, een initiatief van studenten van het Sandberg Instituut.

The Nature of Remembering

De The Nature of Remembering, geïnitieerd door kunstenaar Lawil Karama in samenwerking met historica Megan Hoetger, toont verschillende die zich bezighouden met het bevragen van normatieve en het met ecologische en lichamen.
Al deze projecten hebben een streven naar ‘frictioning’: het inzetten van technologieën tegen hun koloniale aard in en het stilstaan bij de affectief, voorouderlijk, archiefkundig en forensisch vervlochten omstandigheden van geleefde ervaring en . Gezamenlijk vragen de werken: wie of wat kadert en bezielt herdenkingen van geweld, handelingen die onzichtbaar, en ondenkbaar zijn gemaakt?

De laatste van 2026, geïnitieerd door Rustan Söderling, onderzoekt geïmproviseerde vormen van verbinding en verwantschap in een samenleving waarvan de structuren uit elkaar beginnen te vallen.
Via time-based werken, tijdelijke omgevingen en DIY-logistiek traceert de provisorische systemen voor het vinden van verbondenheid in onzekere tijden: eigenaardige catalogisering, persoonlijke rituelen, onbedoelde gemeenschappen, en andere manieren van omgaan met onzekerheid. Zo wordt de een tijdelijke verzamelplaats, een wachtkamer waar deze verschillende overtuigingen, gedragingen en ongemakkelijke afstemmingen kortstondig samenkomen.
De Nothing Was Born van Bing Koh verwijst naar een toestand die voorafgaat aan het niets, waar elk werk een moment van reproductie en vernietiging wordt. The Eelpit is een door kunstenaars gerunde in Amsterdam. Met slechts 170 cm hoogte biedt het een compacte omgeving biedt voor experimentele .
Het eindexamenjaar 2026 van SNDO nodigt je van harte uit voor het tweede deel van de SNDO , een driedelig performance festival in de Brakke Grond en Tempel tijdens de maand juni.
In Anna Hoetjes' eerste in een Amsterdamse galerie verkent ze zowel de poëzie als de destructie die besloten liggen in de wetenschap. Gelaagde , keramiek dat de grenzen van het materiaal opzoekt, en speculatieve videowerken komen samen. Hoetjes initieerde Taking Root Among the Stars in 2024 samen met Müge Yilmaz.

Prince Claus Fund Exchanges x W139: Meet the Artists — Thursday 11 June, 17:00–18:30, at Domo Prince Claus Fund invites you to meet Seed Awardee Martina Manterola and Carmen Serra of colectivo amasijo, in conversation with flour, water, soil initiator maria katchadourian. They will discuss how communal processes of making can hold narratives of migration and rootedness, and how working collectively shapes the ethics of their work.
kiln as kin: a day of gathering, firing, cooking — Saturday 13 June, 14:00–20:00
A festive gathering and activation of a tonir-style clay oven in collaboration with artist Tatiana M. Melo and colectivo amasijo. Together we will prepare food, cook, and eat together as a way to share knowledge about food systems, foraging practices, and forgotten recipes.
earthly suns: workshop and performance programme — Friday 26 June, 14:00–18:00 (workshop), 20:00–22:00 (gathering and performances)
A two-part programme that centers the plant-ally Saint-John's-Wort and the queer poetics it offers. Join artists Sasa Ghanem-Chaney, Jules Davis-Dufayard, and A.E.Z Pinay for an afternoon of queer collective care. In the evening, there will be a special gathering with plant offerings, a sonic mediation, and a concert by Queer Choir Amsterdam.
gathering grounds: a festive market day — Sunday 12 July, 12:00–18:00
Join us for a festive market, where we gather to celebrate the final day of flour, water, soil. The exhibition will transform into a freely accessible market where we can all come together to eat, talk, buy seeds, engage in learning sessions, and collectively activate the works one last time.
flour, water, soil takes shape through new and adapted site-specific works by Areej Ashhab, the duo Common Ground (Anna Celda and Saja Amro), Ola Hassanain, maria khatchadourian, Ai Ozaki and belit sağ. Together, the works in the exhibition attend to soil, seed, water, fermentation, and ruin as sites where care and violence are entangled—holding stories of repair, dispossession, and continuity. The exhibition is on show until 12 July.

m(A)ke (M)e y(O)u(R)s is a performative podcast series that explores love, desire, relationships, and the hidden that choreograph our intimacies. Each chapter unfolds as a hybrid of podcast, performance, and research lab. During Para-siting, MANY will activate the space as a site for gathering, researching, and experiment. Operating as a semi-public programme, they will host open activities like a reading group and a radio workshop, alongside private sessions for interviews and .

In this workshop, we learn how to produce radio from scratch using minimal tools and resources. This is in collaboration with PUB: a initiative by students of the Sandberg Instituut.

The Nature of Remembering
Initiated by Lawil Karama

Initiated by artist Lawil Karama in conversation with historian Megan Hoetger, The Nature of Remembering is a group exhibition featuring multimedia research projects that move between interrogation of normative memory politics and with environmental and bodies.
Running through all projects is a commitment to practices of frictioning: engaging technologies against their colonial grain, and lingering in the affectively, ancestrally, archivally, and forensically intertwined conditions of lived experience and knowledge production. Collectively the works ask: Who, or what, enframes and enlivens acts of remembering violence, which have been rendered invisible, unspeakable, and unthinkable?

Group exhibition initiated by Rustan Söderling
— 20 November 2026 until 31 January 2027
The final exhibition of 2026, initiated by Rustan Söderling, explores improvized forms of connection and attachment in a society where shared structures begin to unravel.
Through time-based works, provisional environments and DIY logistics, the exhibition follows makeshift systems to find coherence and connection amid uncertainty: idiosyncratic cataloging, personal rituals, accidental communities, coping mechanisms and other ways to brace uncertainty. The exhibition space will become a temporary holding structure, a waiting room where these different beliefs and behaviours of uneasy alignment briefly mingle.
Bing Koh's solo exhibition Nothing Was Born calls upon a state prior to nothing itself, where each work becomes an event of reproduction and destruction. The Eelpit is an artist-run exhibition space in Amsterdam, measuring just 170cm in height, offering a compact environment for experimental exhibitions.
The SNDO Class of 2026 cordially invites you to the second part of the SNDO graduation production, a three-part performance festival taking place at the Brakke Grond and Tempel throughout June.

No Atom in the Universe Can Avoid a Difficult Life Gallery van Fanny Freytag — 12 June until 11 July
In Anna Hoetjes' first solo gallery exhibition in Amsterdam, she explores both the poetry and destruction embedded within science. Layered textile techniques, ceramics that push the limits of the material, and speculative video works come together. Hoetjes initiated Taking Root Among the Stars in 2024 together with Müge Yilmaz.
